Ordered this to help with warmth during winter training months. The fabric is thinner than others I have had and the fit is on the big side. I suggest ordering one size down. The sleeve length is ample for long arms but its baggy in sleeves and hips, I am not sure if sleeve length would be ample if I sized down. This helps a bit with warmth but sadly is not my final solution.
