Too small and tight

Not a true size, in fact it has s too small I can't get the suit pass my hips. Unfortunately I have throw away the invoice, so I can't return both of these items. I purchased a size 12, which fits the same as other Speedo flybacks I have purchased. Speedo tends to make a compressive, or "tight," competition suit. The description by the manufacturer indicates the material in this suit is highly compressive (and it does feel slightly more compressive than Speedo's Endurance fabric, but that is not a size problem). Because the suit is 22% Lycra, it will lose the tight feeling over time in a chlorinated pool.

I purchased this once and then had to return it because it was too small. Then asked what size I should get and purchased again after having to pay the return fees once and then it was still too small.
