Speedo PowerFLEX Solid Swimsuit Top

I'm a 32B, usually a size small. I ordered the Medium based on these reviews and it was way too big. Although I am not too sure how the small will fit either, I decided not to proceed with this item because as a Triathelete and Lifeguard in training I wouldn't wear this because it is cut too low where water would most likely enter easily and make me slow

My daughter got this for her Lifeguard job (the store ironed "Guard" onto it) and liked it so much that she got another at SwimOutlet for casual wear. She wears size 28 or 30 in Speedo suits, and a Small worked for her. The top is comfortable, attractive, and stay in place while she swims (as well as any two-piece top can).

This is the second time that I am ordering this product. I usually wear size 4 and use Speedo small size. First, I ordered this in Small and it was too small, so I returned it. Now I ordered it in Medium but it also feels too tight. The size chart has nothing to do with the actual size. Very disappointing.
