Nice light fins However the heel strap broke first time I pulled them on:-( I ordered right size and had to pull hard to get them on.

Fin works to develop stingers legs on various strokes. Nice and compact so does not greatly increase bulk in gear bag.

Very light weight, easy too put on.Handy upper finger hole.Incredible design,perfect for laps. Size runs large,so size down if unsure.

I use these to add resistance to my legs and core training since I can no longer run or squat heavy. this is my second pair my first pair lasted about seven months which was still better then I got from traditional burner fins. The only issue I had was the back strap broke on one of my Nemesis, I hope that they can be reinforced.
