Parents: When you see an item that reads "final sale" it doesn't mean that it's the last time the item will be disconnected. It means, it is not returnable, as in, all sales final. TIP: order one size down from what your kid normally wears.

I learned what final sale meant after I purchased what ended up being one size too big and tried to exchange/return it.

However, as a first time customer, and as a one time courtesy, customer service did offer me a store credit. So, be careful when an item is marked final sale.

I do want to thank the team at SwimOutlet for offering the store credit as technically they didn't have to per the fine print. Had they not, I would be stuck with a Jammer that was too big, and out big $$$.

But other than that, the return process is really easy. They provide postage, you just ship it back. Easy as it gets.
