These work well for a slightly less intense resistance level that the Aquaflex paddles our class typically uses. My participants who want a challenge but aren't quite ready for the paddles really like these.

This set of water resistance gear is powerful. I got them to use to ramp up my water aerobic routine. I knew the first time I used them with Karen Westfall's advanced water aerobic DVD I bought at Swim Outlet it was what I needed. My whole body has been tightened and toned: my upper body, core, and legs. I can't wait to get into the pool and use these! No more jiggle in my wiggle! My water weights are now gathering dust.
