    Very comfortable and great for swim workouts. Runs true to size. I’m about 5’10”, 140 lbs and a size 36 (size 10) is perfect.

    Usually in a Speedo Endurance suit, I wear a 34. In this one, the 34 was way too big. I wouldn't have been able to lap swim in it. I ordered a 32 and have been happy with that sizing. It isn't as secure in the chest area as I am used to with the flyback. I think that is why I went down a size.
