I'm 5'1" 130lbs I toggle between a size 2-4 in most clothing. I bought this in a size small & def needed it in a size XS. I returned it & am waiting for a confirmation after that I'll think about buying the XS. I wanted it for a trip to the Bahamas but I won't be able to get it in time. Overall it's high quality, well made, a nice darker blue.
