2/6/2015 i have looked years for a hat that does it all

the shape of this hat is perfect, shades my eyes- ears - neck - even keeps my big nose out of the noon day sun . I treated mine with kiwi heavy duty water repellent to keep it from soaking up rain water. keeps its shape even in a strong breeze, not like a floppy. this hat is light,cool and comfortable. my hat size is 7 3/8. this hat will fit smaller and larger heads

9/19/2017 Nice Hat, some quality control Issues

I like the design of the hat, specifically the wide sloaping brim, removable shoe lace cord, and elastic head band that accomodates various hat sizes. Approximately 1.5 inches of stiching was off on trim of the brim, so that it was loose in yhat area. My wife used fabric glue to resolve issue. Not a big deal yo me because it was purchased for doing yard work.

This is the second hat I bought like this and I imagine I will be buying more in the future. My husband is a landscaper and he says that this hat is perfect to keep the sun off of his head/face.

This hat is the one you want. Not only is it super stylish sun protection, but it's got an interior elastic band to keep it snug on your noggin and a sweet red leash so it never gets lost when you run out into the surf to save some hot babes.

Apparently, I have a Big Head :-) So, the one-size-fits-most is a little snug. I wind up wearing it kinda just sitting on the top of my head. Since the big-box stores had none of these types hats, I was happy to have found the hats on line. Since I have melanoma, shielding myself from too much Sub is no small concern.

I have a pretty big head (7-3/4" fitted hat and XXL helmet) and this is a LITTLE on the snug side. But no where near unbearable. I think once I get the opportunity to wear it a little more, that elastic band inside will give a little and this will be a perfect fit!

Straw inside top part of hat pokes down and scratches my head. May try wetting it and reforming so it doesn't poke and rest on my scalp.

Most straw hats I’ve purchased fit a little big on my small head, but his one was very tight. I am disappointed in the fit and plan to return all 4 I purchased in the hopes to find one that fits more comfortably
