I am 5'7, 162 lbs and I got a small based on the sizing guide. It fits perfectly around my thighs but it seems to be designed for a typical triathlete with a very skinny upper body. I have a wide chest and shoulders and it was a slight struggle getting it on but once I put it on a few times it seemed to stretch a tiny bit so that I can comfortably wear it. May want to consider a different brand if you are like me and have a decent sized chest/shoulders.

My only complaint is that it doesn’️t have any pockets on the rear like a cycling jersey. The suit is so comfortable that you forget your even wearing it. Easy to run in it and has enough padding when riding the bike.
