Good functionality, perfect fit, just can't walk too fast or run, it'll come off.

  • 6/29/2010 Great product for wide feet

    4 Review Stars By Eddie

I got these for my dad for Father's day.  He has very wide feet and I was initially worried when I first received them.  They stretched very well and have a snug feel ever for people with wide feet.  Great product!

  • 12/22/2020 Sooooo big!

    3 Review Stars By Susan

We didn't even really look at the quality since the sizing was so incredibly off! We ordered a 14 and it fit like a 16! Definitely went back.

  • 6/29/2020 Quality Water Shoe

I bought these for my husband.  We have not had the vacation for which I bought them yet, but they look to be well made.  Since my husband wears a size 14, for him the issue is always finding a size that fits and these fit well.  I cannot address durability as he has not worn them yet.

Love the shoes.  I actually got them to wear with clothes.  Looks great with a black skirt.  I got insoles from drugstore to make them more wearable for every day.

True to size, very comfortable, minimal sand accrual inside the surf boot.  Dried easily  after wearing in water.

  • 8/14/2011 O'Neill Guys' Reactor Reef Boot

4 Review Stars By Chris W.

I bought these hoping that I could use them with my jetfins. They work okay, you just have to be careful; when positioning the strap on the back of your foot. They are well constructed and are useful for just walking around the pool and light pool excercises.

  • 8/3/2018 Fit well, but fill with sand

5 Review Stars By Astronaut Jones

The fit & construction are good along with the traction, but since they lack any strap or tie to seal them tight, they will just fill up with sand or whatever small debris is in the water. I got them for summer surfing to help with traction on my board and also help protect my feet from getting beat up, but unless the water is super calm (which means no surf) they just fill up with sand as you walk.

  • 6/11/2011 a bit to small

    3 Review Stars By m W.

Nice and warm but the sole comes up the heel and gave me a blister. I think if I went bigger it would be to big, wish they came in half sizes

About This Brand

Jack O'Neill began surfing in 1952, before functional surf apparel was invented. While working for the Army Air Corps, O'Neill discovered neoprene foam in a DC-3 airplane. He then combined the neoprene carpeting with duct tape to create the first neoprene wetsuit.

Demand for O'Neill's neoprene wetsuits grew rapidly and he began a business selling the O'Neill wetsuits out of his garage. By 1980, he was a leader in the beach apparel industry with a thriving business. Since then, O'Neill™ has become a widely recognized and respected brand in the surf industry, continually creating new and innovative products. In addition to O'Neill wetsuits, they carry O'Neill boardshorts, O'Neill dresses, O'Neill hats, O'Neill rash guards, O'Neill swimsuits, O'Neill water shoes, O'Neill sandals, O'Neill life jackets and O'Neill t-shirts.

In addition to his business success, O'Neill also created a non-profit foundation for kids. O'Neill developed the O'Neill Sea Odyssey Program: a free, educational cruise that introduces kids to the microbiology of the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary, beginning at Jack O'Neill's doorstep.
