it fit nice and tight so you know you’ll be secure while swimming, it’s flexible and stretchy and overall really comfortable. i’m a 5’7 male and 128 pounds and the small was perfect for me

Perfect Fit
This shirt is tight enough to minimize drag, but not so tight as to inhibit movement. I bought a Large and I am 5'10", 170 lbs. It is also tight enough to keep my heart monitor chest band in place for my swim drills.
