First, I'm going to give you a bit of info about me...I'm 5', 108lbs, and 35in hips. According to the Next sizing chart I needed an XS, so that is exactly what I purchased. As soon as I received them I tried them on and to my disbelief they were way too big! They were super loose in the legs, hips, and butt (upper leg). So loose in the butt (upper leg) that I bet I had an inch and a half gap where when I bent over pretty much everything was hanging out. If I were you ladies and you are a small person like me stay away from these swim shorts! I honestly don't even know if an XXS (if they had them) would fit. Definitely sending them back for a refund.

Shorts fit just a tad big, but they still fit OK. I really like the color and style. Just what I was looking for. I only rated this a 4 because even though I like these swim shorts, the price was way too high for the same quality I could find at Target.

Shorts fit true to size; I got a size small (I'm 5' and 108 lbs)
Fabric doesn't seem to pill after sitting on pool steps.
Initially wanted black, but they were out of stock; got the grey/slate color instead and found it to be versatile.
Ordered coordinating top for shorts.
Excellent quality.

I always hated bikini bottoms, so I found these and was anxious to give them a go. I love that they cover more and I don't have to worry about feeling uncomfortable. The first ones I ordered were a little big, and I reordered the next size down, which may be just slightly too small but they fit better.

Great Swim bottom.....I was able to wear it around at a resort and didn't have to cover up .....they are modest enough. Incredibly comfortable.

I like the style and the size seems right on. I haven't been able to get to the beach to see how well they stay on when wet but anticipate no problem. Love the teal color too.

Fist off, buy your regular size in these. I bought a size larger than normal because I didn't want them too be too clingy, and they are too big. I am keeping them anyway because they are just what I wanted, and I made them work. They are streamlined, without being too revealing, and they are great under a cover up dress.

I have been looking for great swim shorts for a long time. After reading the reviews I ordered a size small (I am typically a size 6 in paints.) It's a little bit large.

I spent a long time talking to the customer service representative. I explained that I am a size 4 and was advised to get a small. The bottoms are rather loose for serious swimming but my others disintegrated so I'll deal.

I have been looking for swim shorts exactly like these and finally found these on this website. These shorts run a little big. Normally I wear a M in swim bottoms but the M in these shorts where big so I returned and bought a S. The S fits perfectly. Very flattering on body and the band around the stomach is tight enough to stay on, but not extra tight where it is causing your stomach to roll over the shorts. I have not gone swimming with these shorts yet but I am very excited to use them on my cruise.

You should order small. This is a great product, but even though this color is trendy, it's not my favorite shade of blue. I'd prefer royal blue. Good for an active lifestyle.
