  • 3/23/2021 Worth Every Penny

5 Review Stars By Kelli Dexter

14 year old  (5''6" 110 lbs) wore an XS to our only Prelims/Finals meet of our COVID crazy season. It's incredibly tight, as it's designed to be. He had huge time drops in 50 Free, 100 Free, 100 Breast & 100 Fly.  (After wearing it for 2 events on Day 1 he decided NOT to wear it for 200 Breast prelims on Day 2.  He ended up wearing an Avictor for Prelims on day 2, then scratched the 200 Breast so he could wear the Mizuno for Finals for 2 events. Unfortunately no time to change suits.)  He really likes this suit.

  • 11/30/2020 Best Suit I've Swam In

5 Review Stars By Connor F.

I got this suit for my high school championship season, swimming the 50 Free and 100 Breast, as well as a 50 Breast in a relay. This suit worked wonders. it is super buoyant which helps you maintain a great body position in the water, and the internal taping does wonders for your kicks. I had no problems swimming breast in this suit, if anything the taping added some more snap to my kicks, The suit does a really good job of aiding the fly and free kicks as well, adding significantly more power to your underwaters.

The only possible downside of this suit is that it is VERY tight, and even after 3 meets it does take a while to put on. Definitely give yourself plenty of time between warmup and your races to put the suit on, and make sure to hang it up to dry if you do have a finals session, as it would take even longer if it was wet.

  • 12/26/2019 Awesome Suit!

    5 Review Stars By KZLA

My son said it's the fastest suit that he owns. He said that it makes flip turns effortless. He loves it! It has a different construction than any of the other suits which helps support the swimmer better. He made his 1st summer Junior Nationals cut in it. Money well spent!

I recommend getting the size up from whatever Swim Outlet recommends. I contacted Swim Outlet who recommended a Medium for my son. Then I contacted Mizuno USA who recommended a Large for my son. I ordered both so he would definitely have one that fit for the big meet that he was getting this suit in time for and it was DEFINITELY the large. He didn't even bother to try the Medium on because there was no way that it would have fit, so thankfully I ordered both. Mizuno bases the size on both the waist and hips and Swim Outlet based it on only the hips. They also recommended an XS for a friend of ours who asked me and I told him based on Mizuno's chart, his son was a S and guess what, they ordered the Small and it fits perfectly.

We can't wait for the G-V to come out! We'll definitely be buying that one too.

  • 11/30/2019 Awesome Suit

    5 Review Stars By SwimDad

VERY fast suit according to my son. Definitely runs small. My son is 6'3" and 160lbs. All measurements said he should be a size Small, but he had to get a Medium. [OPENBRK]He wears a 28 TYR practice suit and a 25 Venzo[CLOSEBRK]
Internal tape makes an "x" in the hamstring area. Creates great lift on the upkick.  Serious compression, very tight, not much lateral movement. Total sprinter suit. Super water repellent! Overall, great performance suit!

  • 11/26/2019 It does not run small

5 Review Stars By Mike 373

A lot of people say the suit runs small. If you look at the sizing chart and get the suit size that is the correct for your dimensions it will fit. It is a very hard suit to get on because the compression on your legs and butt is like no other suit. If you are struggling to get it on don't get frustrated, just keep trying and be careful! It will fit!
