These are great capris! They do hold you in! I do yoga in a 78 degree room so I won't be wearing them to this class!! They are pretty sturdy, maybe even double layered.

I bought another pair of capris but they were much to short. These have an inseam of 20' which makes them much more comfortable. I wear them for yoga and step class. They are a good fit.
