The vest fit is as expected and does a good job of keeping the wind off of your chest. The only draw back or negative that I had with it is that it flaps in the shoulders when riding hard into the wind and therefore a little noisy. I do like the vest and will continue to use it.

The vest is excellent quality, but runs small. I had to return the item, and SwimOutlet doesn't provide a mechanism for exchanges. I found the next larger size at REI at the same price.
