This towel is super soft, but it isn't great for yoga, especially hot yoga. I have a hard time keeping my feet and hands still. It does a good job at soaking up moisture, but the slipperiness is kind of a pain and interferes with being able to focus on your practice.

I bought this towel for two reasons - to prevent slipping on my mat and to avoid having to wash / clean my mat often. This towel is great!! I do not slip and I wash it whenever I need. I love the color options and it feels so soft. I highly recommend.

Loved my new mat (five stars). I was very happy with the yoga towel until I washed it a second time with a white fleece jacket which left hundreds of tiny white fluffs all over my blue towel ruining it:(

The blanket is high quality and just the right size for my yoga mat. It's beautiful and keeps me from slipping during hot yoga.

This mat towel is sumptuous and wonderful. It feels so soft and is very lightweight and absorbent. My favorite part about having this is if I need to rent a mat at the studio I can put this over it and insulate myself a little bit against all the germs and pulling rubber on the studio mat. Also great over own mat for home practice! Color is really pretty.
