      Finally purchased a quality mat

      I've been practicing yoga for several years now and purchased one mat after another. Was ready for a quality mat that would give me years of use. My yoga instructor recommended Jade Yoga Harmony and I've been very pleased with the quality. Wish I would have purchased years ago!

      It's ok

      Nice mat, very good for grip, not comfortable for relaxing poses as it has a texture on it that is not comfortable for your knees and forehead. I wouldn't buy it again.
