They are great dont get me wrong they have effective suction etc. so for functional purposes only yes, they work great. Our only issue is how awkwardly large they are! The connecting/nose piece is very small even given that there 3 total notches" to adjust the length. I moved it to the 3rd (largest) bitch and still it was so small. I can see these working great for a lot of people unfortunately they were too awkward and small for us.
