I am only 5 feet tall so I bought the smaller strap, thinking I could use it for my shoulders. Too small for that, but I will find other uses for it.

May be useful if you are not flexible. I thought I could use it in my shoulder area, but it is too small. It is sturdy and would be handy if you don't want to bother making your own loop.
