Hugger Mugger Cork Yoga Wedge

Facilitates yogic squat pose if you have tight calves, and takes pressure off wrists in downward dog pose. Didn't give it 5 stars because I've noticed small pieces of cork coming off after about 3 uses.

Very comfortable. Easy to use and supportive. Good quality product.

I bought this to alleviate wrist pain in poses like plank and down dog. It is effective; my only complaint is that the very firm cork material is somewhat slippery. I found my hands sliding down the wedge. My solution is to put the wedge under my yoga mat.

Fantastic product my 3rd one

I was thankful to find a cork (sustainable and lightweight) option. I’m hoping this wedge is the key to strengthening my wrists, allowing me to practice without pain.
