This is a good product. I swim laps all the time and it really helps pass the time. This is my third purchase as they only last about a year before they stop working. I take really good care that I have the earphones plugged in correctly and always disconnect and dry them out after each user. I would still recommend them!

The best player for swimming I ever had

It lasted me less than one year with around 6 months of use. Stopped working and that was it, no information in the manual how to fix the problem. So no goodnick!

Haven't been able to down load anything onto the product and customer service just refers you to you tube video that are easily looked up. so basically right now I have another 100.00 of product that doesn't remotely perform as promised.
