    Not sure I haven't received it I was suppose to receive it on the 14th of January and itst the 21st and I am still waiting....

    Great instructor!

    I was looking for a training video to help me clean up my stroke. Jeff's video is to-the-point and simple. He explains the stroke very clearly and demonstrates in detail. The only thing I wish he would add is flip turns for backstroke.

    Great instructor!
