These gloves provide me the security to perform my poses with accuracy. They're very grippy and comfortable. Excellent price for the quality.

way too small - i'm a size large for clothes

I was having a hard time getting my form in DD correct because my hands were slipping, so I was holding myself awkwardly to avoid really letting my weight rest on my hands. These have improved my practice and peace of mind!

The grips on these gloves are very helpful during yoga. They help to keep my hands in place during warm workouts. The issue I've experienced are the palms and finger sizing; my hands are small leafing the palm region to be a bit large while the fingers are a bit tight.

The gloves slip on my hands in down dog. They help, but the one size fits most isn't the greatest.
