I sweat a lot during my yoga practice, and my hands were slippin' and slidin', which didn't help. So I took a chance on these "grippy" gloves, and I'm delighted with the improvement. They fit well, are comfortable, do their job, and have helped me greatly.

I have had slight carpal tunnel syndrome for years. So my sustained hand grip becomes painful causing me to let up and then my hands slip. Adding to that I “glow” a lot during yoga. This makes even more difficult to master arching poses where I hold my feet or ankles behind my back. These gloves with the little grip dots really help diminish the slipping. I got an added plus that the wrist Velcro straps support the area of my carpel tunnel and almost eliminate the pain. Thank you for making such a good product that works well during hot yoga.

I've tried other yoga gloves, these are by far the best yet. I have another pair of Gaiam, but they hurt in between my fingers. These don't. They are comfortable and really prevent my hands from slipping on my mat.
