The wheel is high quality and comfortable to use. There is a learning curve as to how to incorporate it into your practice though. Spend some time learning the basics from on-line sources and go easy when using it. It will make some aggressive postures more accessible but be sure your body is ready. Not the prop I would use all the time but good for some more intensive, workshop type practices.

I've always wanted one of these for my own practice and to have at my studio. It is sturdy yet has a nice cushion feel to it. The price was good too!
