if you're looking for a comfortable and soft tank that you can wear for yoga and casually, this is the one. i wear it regularly for both. the low cut back makes the top breathable and flattering. i have a small bust so it offers enough support for me, but i can imagine if you have a larger bust it may not provide enough support, especially in poses like down dog or a handstand.
