FinisFINIS Neptune 4GB MP3 Player (Version 2.0 - Latest Model)

This was my second Neptunes as the first one died after two years of wonderful service. I had some difficulties from the outset. It didn't always charge and didn't always appear on the desktop. I contacted the manufacturer and was sent a new charging cable gratis. Still encountering problems I contacted the manufacturer again. I followed all of their recommendations and finally was told to send the device to them and they would replace it with their other product "the Duo". They claimed this model under review has been discontinued. My new Duo arrived a few days ago and I tried it out. The sound is good and it is less cumbersome. It consists of just the two ear pieces and will hold 1000 songs. My only complaint is that the ear pieces are difficult to attach and detach from my goggles.

Great Service!! I had a problem with this electronic underwater player and called. After I explained what it was doing, they didn't ask any questions and immediately sent me a shipping label for return/replacement. I got the replacement in a couple of days, probably before the other one was delivered to them. The new one works great and I couldn't be more satisfied. It took me awhile to get the hang of transferring my iTunes after converting the songs that would work with this player. In fact I may have corrupted the old player by loading the wrong format. Don't know. I'm just pleased to have a player that I don't have to stick an earpiece in my ear.
