I really like my new cork mat. It is much heavier than I realized, so maybe not a great option for on-the-go, but it is very heavy duty. I think it will be awhile before it wears out like the plastic rubber mats do. However, the rubber smell is very strong, so I recommend leaving it outside for a day or so and giving it a good scrub before using for the first time.

I absolutely was sold on the idea of a cork mat. The 'Everyday' was reasonably priced vs. the competition. I really enjoy using it. It is quite heavy but has a non-slip grip side that is perfect for my wood floors. I love the thickness of the mat (I'm sure my neighbors below do too) My only issue was the first few uses, I felt a little concerned that my hands were going to slip. I do think with continued use that problem will go away. All around a great purchase! I am happy with the mat and cork makes me feel better about my choices.

Grippy and well cushioned in my opinion. Personally love the cork. Seems a little heavy but I’m not carrying it anywhere.
