I’m 5’5” and 130lbs, Tops M, Bottoms 6(depending on the cut) Bust size 36C, I ordered a size small and it fits like a sports bra in the bust(with padded cups!), which I personally like, but if you want a less form fitting bra, then go with a Medium. The stomach is a bit looser, which hides any pouch or muffin top.
