i really like the way these fit and will be keeping them even though i purchased them assuming they were a complete swim bottom. they are not. they are an unlined short to wear over a bikini style bottom. other than that I think they are flattering and don't grab at your butt and thighs the way some boy short styles do. The large is true. I wear a 10 and these are on the verge of being loose.
