This is the third one of these I have bought over the years.They're all Iuse any more.We get many +100 degree days where I live and so I need water bottles that are insulated, high capacity, and fit well in the bottle cages in a road bike frame.These fit the bill.These are squeeze and squirt bottles.That works for me.Some might not like that there is no pour or sip function (without taking off the cap).
