This is one of two Brooks sport bras I bought and had to return. It was the same problem with both. I've always worn size S or M sports bras and the size M was the correct size (I wear a 34B bra and this is supposed to fit 34-36) so figured this would be perfect. It fit once I could get it on, but the fabric/elastic band is SO tight I could barely get it over my shoulders. (And I am not a broad-shouldered person - just a normal build.) I got hung up in it and had to have my hubby help me get it on/off!

I have several of these bras. I love the molded cups... no removable pads to fuss with. The molded cups are "just enough" for this A cup girl... I wash them on gentle in the washing machine & hang to dry. Although I wear a small in brooks shirts, a medium in their sports bras fit me perfectly I have 35 inch bust, 5'4" 122 lbs.
