I love my coresuit. Without it my back pain increases. It's easy to put on and off. The belt has started to frare, but i have had it for 5 years now. I love it!

It is uncomfortable and difficult to adjust. I only swim 100 or 200 meters per swim with Coresuit. It does seem to help me with my alignment.
