Billabong Men's 2mm All Day Revolution Wetsuit Jacket

I gave my measurements, height, weight to the person on the phone from SwimOutlet and she gave me the size to purchase. It turned out to be way too tight, so I returned it. At the time of purchase the woman on the phone said I wouldn't have to pay for return shipping, if I didn't use it (i.e. didn't go into the water). Unfortunately, SwimOutlet reneged on that promise, because the person on the phone did not put in a note to that effect. Not good.
