9/1/2020 Well I like yoga now
My friend recommended this mat to me. In my opinion it was absurdly overpriced (the one I have been using is $15 from tj Maxx) but whatever, it’s the pandemic and I slipped too much on my cheapie mat and I need encouragement to actually work out. This mat plus Yoga with Adriene and you will actually like yoga. Or well...doing down dog without slipping and you will actually see that’s it’s possible to do down dog without slipping. Any hobbies help in the time of covid!
