I usually wear a size 28-20 for practice suits and my chest is pretty small (but big back of course). I got a size 28 but it was way way way too small, it looks like it was made to fit 12 year old bodies. For reference I'm 5'4, 128 pounds, Large A-small B cup. I probably would have to go up to a size 34 or 36 from the looks of what I got.
