I saw this noodle being used by a physical therapist who was assisting her clients at the pool where I swim and train for Freediving here in Kona. The hi-density foam of the sqoodle offers superior buoyancy and durability when compared to the standard pool noodle.

I’m so pleased with this item; in terms of “noodles”, this one ranks high. It is so sturdy that it provides a challenging workout in the pool, and that’s exactly what I want. I would definitely purchase it again.
