My name is David I've been in a wheelchair for 31 years. After pushing a chair that many years your hands and arms tend to always be down so you start to lose the range of motion in your upper arms and shoulders. This was the first heavy duty item I found that could take the wear and tear I'm putting it through. I actually bought (2) one for a friend also in a wheelchair I know it will help her to. Now I going to let the rest of my friends in a chair know about this, so it could help them also.
