I love the product, I wish the exercises were more in picture form or on a youtube video. The tension is perfect and they are exactly as expected great tool for upping my pool workout! I would recommend this product!

Use it in the water for strengthening legs, butt and arms. It is easy on the feet and just right for the amount of pressure I need as I am an avid exercise person who uses free weights also. I love this product.
