I have been using this foam roller for about a week and I have already noticed a significant improvement in my achey muscles. Lately, I have been experiencing tightness in my hips and by using the roller to roll out my quads, I have noticed a huge difference! I highly recommend this product to anyone who goes to the gym and still feels tightness in their muscles after stretching. This will do the trick!
