About This brand
From its humble beginnings, Melissa & Doug™ has grown into a company that provides families with safe and unique children's toys. In 1988, too nervous to ask Melissa to marry him, Doug asked Melissa to start a business with him. In the garage of Doug's parents' house, Doug and Melissa created their first wooden toy: the Fuzzy Farm puzzle.
Since then the company has moved into an office building and expanded the sales team. However, its philosophy has remained the same: to make each and every customer a happy and permanent member of the Melissa & Doug family, while offering products with tremendous value, quality and design.
