replacement hat

this hat was ordered to replace the one we purchased for our Grandson for Christmas.When we took out the hat in May(we live in the Pacific Northwest) we discovered that the hat had no inside band to hold the hat on his head.Swimoutlet would not give us credit because the return date(30days) had passed.We were very disappointed but our grandson needed a good hat to protect him so we ordered a new one.
