Our Top 3 Favorite Looks for Your Next Festival Weekend

March 25, 2018 | By

Every fashionista’s favorite season is upon us: festival season. While styling these outfits with your own personal flair is fun, it can quickly become overwhelming when you’re packing for a long weekend. When piecing together outfits for a festival weekend there are a few things to consider. First, you’ll want to dress cute, but comfortable, as you’ll be on your feet for the greater half of the day. Next, You should think about dressing in layers, depending on the festival location, for the changing temperatures throughout the event. And, of course, you will want to choose three different outfits that speak to your own personal style.

That being said, three-day festivals give you a lot of room to mix things up. We’ve rounded up some of favorite looks this season to get you festie-ready!

Look One: Festival Goddess

Going out with a bang was so last season. Instead, bring your boho-bang to day one with this festival goddess look. Pair a flirty, flowy frock, or romper, with a wide-brimmed, floppy hat and your favorite neutral booties.

We’re wearing the Indah Sunday Kimono Romper, O’Neill Overcast Felt Hat, Billabong Levy Vegan Suede Booties and the Sunski Dipseas Polarized Sunnies.

Look Two: Neon Brights

Dance the night away in bold colors so you can stand out under the festival lights. For this look, in typical festival fashion, we suggest layering all of your favorite rave-princess pieces together. Choose a bold bodysuit (pro tip: use a one piece swimsuit instead), some high-waisted denim, all of your favorite jewels, a colorful fanny-pack or backpack and a pair of comfortable sandals.

We’re wearing the Stone Fox Swim Breeze Hermosa Onesie (in lieu of a bodysuit), Billabong Drift Away Denim Shorts, Teva Original Universal Puff Sandals and a Body Glove ‘80s Fanny Pack.

Look Three: Chill Mode

Lack of sleep is doable…but lack of style? Absolutely not. For the third and final day of the festival, break out those trendy leggings and keep it casual. Rock your favorite leggings, a cheeky, graphic tee or hoodie, a retro cap and some slides.

We’re wearing the Onzie High Rise Shredded Leggings, Suburban Riot “Good Vibes” Cropped Pullover, Reef Cushion Bounce Slides and our favorite Volcom Good Mood Dad Hat.
