World silver medalist in the 200m butterfly, Cammile Adams, was one of the captains of the U.S. Swim Team in Rio. The two-time Olympian wore the Arena Carbon Flex during races and we asked the Texas A&M graduate what key items she carried in her Arena bag during her time in Brazil!
1) As a snack, I love to carry some nuts for energy just in case I get hungry. Blue Diamond almonds are my go-to option for that.
2) I always carry at least one extra pair of goggles and in Rio I had the Pink Cobra mirrored goggles with me.
3) I’m always pumping through some country music to stay focused and ready so I rocked my USA Beats headphones.
4) Yes, I had bug spray with me for the mosquitoes that I never saw! But I wanted to be extra prepared.
5) I always have to have some jewelry on so I took a Kendra Scott necklace with me in my bag.
6) If the weather changes, I want to be prepared so I had an extra pair of Lululemon leggings.
7) In Rio, I used the 3D Ultra Arena cap so I carried a bunch of those in there!
