Speedo USA x SwimOutlet Fastskin LZR UltraViolet Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the Speedo USA x SwimOutlet Instagram Fastskin LZR UltraViolet Giveaway (“Giveaway"), entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them and any requirements set out in accompanying material.

2. The Giveaway is open to all residents of the US age 18 or over. If not the age of majority in your state of residence, you can only enter with consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3. Employees of Warnaco Swimwear, Inc. d/b/a Speedo USA (“Speedo") and its affiliates and any of their agents or other entities involved with the development of the Giveaway, and each of their respective family members, may submit entries, but are not eligible to win.

4. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.

5. The Giveaway period shall run from 8:00:00 AM PST on November 23, 2020 until 8:00:00 AM PST on November 27, 2020 (the “Giveaway Period"). Any entries received after 8:00:00 AM PST on November 27, 2020 will not be eligible.

6. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing which will be conducted immediately following the Giveaway Period. Winners are eligible to receive the New Fastskin LZR Pure Intent or Fastskin LZR Pure Valor in UltraViolet.

7. Entry into the Giveaway is free when you like the photo, tag three friends who would rock the suit and comment #SpeedoSweepstakes. You must also be following @speedousa.

8. Those individuals who have entered by posting a comment are deemed to grant permission to Speedo and its affiliates and agents for their entry, name, Instagram handle, Instagram handle image, picture and avatar to be used. Winner may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity, unless prohibited by law.

9. Entrants are able to enter the Giveaway by posting on their Instagram feed. For multiple entries, you can post on social feed or share through Instagram stories using the hashtag #SPEEDOUSA.

10. The winner will be selected at random by a computer from all valid entries. All decisions in connection with this Giveaway are final and binding.

11. The winner will be notified by direct messaging no later than the day following the winner selection. Winner will have 24 hours to respond providing their address in order to claim his/her prize.

12. The prizes will be sent out to the winner by FedEx ground delivery within 60 days of winner completing all required documentation.

13. Speedo is not liable for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible, corrupted or damaged. Proof of upload does not constitute proof of receipt.

14. There is no cash alternative and prizes will only be given to the confirmed winners.

15. Speedo reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value should the advertised prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.

16. Speedo reserves the right to (a) disqualify any entrant which it believes has contravened any of these terms and conditions and (b) select an alternate winner in respect of any prize s/he may have won.
