Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the Fitness Refresh Instagram Giveaway (“the Giveaway), entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and agree to be bound by them and any requirements set out in accompanying material.

2. The Giveaway is open to all residents of the United States age 18 or over. If not the age of majority in your state of residence, you can only enter with consent of your parent or legal guardian.

3. This contest is sponsored by SwimOutlet.com, 1919 S. Bascom Avenue, Suite 300, Campbell, California 95008 (sometimes also referred to as the “Giveaway Sponsor"). There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Employees of SwimOutlet.com, its affiliates, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

4. The Giveaway period begins at 12:01 AM (PST) on January 9, 2021 and ends at 9:59 PM (PST) on January 13, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Period"). Any entries received after 10:00PM PST on January 13, 2021 will not be eligible.

5. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing which will be conducted immediately following the Giveaway Period. Winners will receive a $1000 gift card to SwimOutlet.com to be used in 2021. The gift card has an expiration date of 12/31/21. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Entry into the Giveaway is free when you follow the entry rules on Instagram post:

- “Like" our Instagram Sweepstakes Post

- Tag 3 friends in the comments

7. All entries through third parties or agents are invalid.

8. Those individuals who have entered by posting a comment are deemed to grant permission to SwimOutlet and its affiliates and agents for their entry, name, Instagram handle, Instagram handle image, picture and avatar to be used. Winner may be asked to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity, unless prohibited by law.

9. The winner will be selected at random by a computer from all valid entries. All decisions in connection with this Giveaway are final and binding.

10. The winner will be notified by direct messaging no later than one week following the winner selection. Winner will have 48 hours to respond providing their email address in order to claim his/her prize.

11. The prizes will be sent out to the winner via email.

12. SwimOutlet is not liable for any entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, illegible, corrupted or damaged.

13. There is no cash alternative and prizes will only be given to the confirmed winner.
