Yoga for Swimmers: Recovery
In order to train well, a swimmer must be able to recover from their workouts. Typical areas of post-swim tightness include shoulders, chest, hips, back and neck. This yoga workout opens chest and hips and brings range of motion back to shoulders, neck, and back.
Allowing your muscles to rest will aid recovery and encourage relaxation. So, take off your wet swimsuit, put on some comfortable workout clothes, grab your yoga or exercise mat, and get ready to train again with this recovery flow.
This recovery sequence isn't just for swimmers. Runners, cyclists, surfers, and paddlers will enjoy this chest opening flow too!Email Address Invalid.
