Summer is winding down, and you know what that means? A new wardrobe... and more importantly, new swimwear for next season!
With summer almost over and the last few months of 2019 fast approaching, let's take a peek at some of the upcoming trends we are seeing so far from brands and fashion tastemakers for Summer 2020 -- because it's never too early to stock up for the next beach trip!
Jungle Jewels
Animal prints are a timeless favorite, but which one is in this time around? Be fierce in the wild with leopard and cheetah prints or slither across the desert in snakeskin. Knot Your Average
You've seen the knot trend come and go, too, but this next year it's going beyond the pool. Knotted bikini tops make the cutest crop tops and a knotted one-piece doubles as your new favorite bodysuit. Add the knot to your wardrobe for an extra pop to your style. Some knots are functional and some are "knot", so be sure to check for faux knots if you are looking for some adjustability in your fit. Sometimes, One Is Better Than Two
Last season, we saw the off-the-shoulder trend take off, now were going with something even more edgy: the one-shoulder. Making its return from the 90's, this trend is long due for a comeback. Reversible & 4-Way
It's not a new trend, but certainly underrated and perfect for traveling. More and more swimwear brands are incorporating reversible styles into their line for 2020. Flip it or reverse it in reversible bikinis, two-pieces, and one-piece staples. Brands like Maaji have several swimsuits that can be worn 4-ways. Yes! That means inside out and backwards! The biggest bang for your buck is reversible and 4-way swimwear.
