it works good, it's different than having a regular see thru plastic bottle of water, doesn't spill in car like other bottles. I use it for a lot of activities besides swimming also.

These fit in my bike water bottle cages and hold lots! I have two and they keep me hydrated. The don't give off that plastic taste.

I purchased two of these water bottles about two years ago. They're holding up very well, no dents, cracks, or scuffs. Very easy to keep clean. Convenient for high intensity swimming or swimming with little rest as you can easily take a drink in less than 5 seconds. Highly recommend!
